Agreeing to the terms and conditions you are aware of the following terms:

-Paying the 50% or 100% Upfront deposit you are obliged to visit C.Charitou Motors Ltd and complete all the legal paperwork in order to become officially owner of the car.

-The rest of the car amount to be paid will be discussed through email or phone number.Our company C.Charitou Motors Ltd will get in contact in a span of 24h.

-We can not change the car in case the individual that paid the deposit changes his mind.

-In the case of a refund of the 50% deposit our company C.Charitou Motors Ltd will hold the 60% of the deposited amount as a compensation and only the 40% of the deposit will be refunded.

-We C.Charitou Motors Ltd are not responsible for any damages of the car.
